GMC Garnet is quality chinese garnet from the Group's mining and processing facility in China. It consists of totally natural almandite garnet known for its natural hardness, durability and abrasive characteristics.

It is free of metallic iron, making it suitable for all areas of surface preparation including stainless steel, anti-magnetic steel and all special alloys.

GMC Garnet can be recycled up to three times depending on the application due to its superior toughness and low friability. GMC Garnet is available in 30/60 mesh, suitable for almost all applications, and also 20/40 mesh for particularly thick coatings.

GMC Garnet is available in 25kg (55lb) paper bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) or 2000kg (4400lb) pallet.
Alternatively, GMC Garnet is available in loose bulk form in 1000kg (2200lb) or 2000 kg (4400lbs) bulk bag with an inner plastic liner on a pallet.
